1. When and where is the show taking place?
A: Dates: 12–13 November 2025 | Timings: 09:30 – 17:00 hrs | Venue: Hall 3, The International Centre, 6900 Airport Road, Mississauga, ON, Canada.
2. What are the move-in and move-out schedules?
A: Move-in: 10th Nov (12:00–18:00), 11th Nov (08:00–18:00). Move-out: 13th Nov (17:30–22:00). Early dismantling before 17:01 on Nov 13 will incur a $1,000 fine.
3. What is included in my booth package?
A: The Inclsuions are according to the booth packages booked:
Raw Space: badges, event app listing, promo code.
Pipe & Drape: draping, 1 table, 2 chairs, name board, badges, listing, promo code.
Enhanced/Octonorm : system walls, table, chairs, fascia name board, badges, listing, promo code.
4. What is not included in my booth package?
A: Insurance (mandatory), electrical/lighting (mandatory), signage, internet/telecom, cleaning, and additional furniture.
5. Is insurance mandatory?
A: Yes. All exhibitors must carry liability insurance of $2,000,000. Provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) by 24 Oct 2025 or purchase via ExhibitorInsurance.com.
6. Who is the official electrical and lighting vendor?
A: Showtech Power & Lighting. Advance rates until 20 Oct 2025.
Only Showtech electricians may perform on-site wiring.
7. Do my products need electrical approval?
A: Yes. All products must comply with the Ontario Electrical Safety Code and be ESA approved. Unapproved items need Permission to Show (not energized) or Permission to Energize (demo use only).
8. What are the booth size and height restrictions?
A: Linear: 8ft | Perimeter: 12ft | End-cap: 8ft | Peninsula/Island/Split Island: up to 16ft with approval.
9. Are hanging signs allowed?
A: Yes, for booths 20x20ft or larger (Peninsula, Island, Split Island). Max height: 16ft. Must be approved 30 days prior to move-in. Note: Costs for hanging signs/banners are extra.
10. What are the shipping and warehousing details?
A: Advance warehouse (Stronco): 10 Oct – 5 Nov 2025, 9am–3pm EST. Direct venue deliveries: 11 Nov 2025, 8am–8pm.
11. Who handles customs clearance for international exhibitors?
A: Stronco Logistics is the official broker and assists with documentation, import/export, and bonds.
12. Can I hand-carry materials to my booth?
A: Yes. Dollies are provided free onsite. Forklift/material handling services by Stronco incur extra charges.
13. What footwear is required during move-in/move-out?
A: Closed-toe shoes are mandatory. Sandals, open-toe shoes, or heels are not permitted.
14. Can I bring outside food or beverages?
A: No. All catering must be through The International Centre. In-booth catering is available. Product sampling requires written approval by 31 Oct 2025.
15. How do I get exhibitor badges for my staff?
A: Exhibitors receive a set number of badges per booth size. Register staff via the Exhibitor Dashboard by 1 Nov 2025. Badges are needed for move-in, show days, and move-out.
16. Are photography and videography permitted?
A: Yes for your own booth. Taking pictures/videos of others requires their permission.
17. Are balloons, popcorn machines, glitter, or confetti allowed?
A: No. These items are strictly prohibited inside the venue.
18. Can I distribute promotional material outside my booth?
A: No. Distribution must remain within your booth space.
19. What are the security arrangements?
A: 24-hour general security is provided. Exhibitors must secure their own valuables. Optional booth security can be arranged via Tone-Gar Security.
20. Can animals be brought into the venue?
A: Only service and support animals are allowed. All others require prior written approval.
21. Is smoking allowed inside the venue?
A: No. The International Centre is a designated non-smoking facility.
22. How can I order furniture, carpet, or booth accessories?
A: Furniture, carpet, and booth rentals are available through Stronco Show Services. Order online before 20 Oct 2025 for discounted rates.
