Registration Instructions and Event Policies:
- Each attendee must complete a separate registration form. Incomplete forms will not be accepted, and confirmation of your registration will be sent via email.
- Badges must be collected on-site at the designated registration area located at the entrance of hall 3.
- Canada Light Expo reserves the right to decline any registration request. All registrants must meet the eligibility criteria, which will be verified by event management.
- Please note, we do not issue visa invitation letters for attendees. This service is strictly reserved for exhibitors.
Refund and Cancellation Policy:
- All sales are final. No refunds or cancellations will be honored either online or at the event, regardless of the circumstance.
Badge Regulations:
- Entry to the event requires a valid badge. Any tampering, such as altering , providing incorrect registration details, or sharing your badge with another person, is strictly prohibited. Any breach of this policy will result in immediate removal from the event.
Non-Exhibitor Solicitation:
- Only registered exhibitors are allowed to promote their products or services at the event. Soliciting by non-exhibitors is forbidden and violators will be escorted from the premises.
No Unauthorized Sales:
- Businesses that are not official exhibitors are not permitted to conduct sales or promote their products on the show floor. Any individual caught soliciting or conducting business without authorization will be removed from the event.
Age Restriction:
- The event is open to attendees aged 18 and over.
Code of Conduct:
- Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and professionally at all times. Any form of harassment, inappropriate behavior, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated and will lead to removal from the event.
Health and Safety Measures:
- All visitors must comply with the event’s health and safety guidelines, which include but are not limited to, following venue-specific safety protocols and local regulations.
Liability:
- Canada Light Expo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Attendees are encouraged to secure their valuables.
